Shocks and Traumas
Life energy has a memory of the shocks and traumas that each individual experiences from birth. These shocks and traumas act as blockages to life energy, thereby interfering with the body’s natural healing processes. They may be physical (viruses, accidents, vaccinations, medications, recreational drugs, etc.) or they may come from emotional losses such as death and relationship break-ups. Events that cause fear (a child being yelled at or hit by a parent, harassment at school, being mugged, losing a job, etc.) are also experienced as traumas.
Managing Conflict
Whether in the family, with friends, or in the workplace, conflict often begins with fear. Once the feedback loop has begun, it is difficult to approach potentially tough situations without stress, anxiety, and anger. The chronic fatigue and pain that often develops from being in ongoing conflict only strengthens the unhealthy interactions.
Stress & Anxiety Reduction
According to Heilkunst medical theory, stress and anxiety are caused by a combination of an initial trauma and an inherited predisposition resulting in subsequent ongoing health and behaviour issues that only become stronger over time.
Better Health
Experience the overall sense of general well-being that comes with freedom from pain and anxiety, once the body, mind, and soul are restored to health and balance.
Heilkunst theory (developed by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann and of which homeopathy is one offshoot) understands that each individual is a complex being and that the simple set of symptoms that are treated in conventional Western medicine may have many underlying causes; physical, emotional, and environmental.
