Depending on the cause of the patient’s health issues, she may use a single therapy method or a combination to restore wellness. NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was developed over 30 years ago from the work of two scientists (John Grinder and Richard Bandler) who studied several top therapists to create a system of therapy based on the links between body, brain, and mind. NLP techniques develop an understanding of the reasons behind negative behaviours and, more importantly, offer highly effective methods to swiftly change these behaviours. NLP teaches competence, excellence, wisdom, and vision.
